Born and raised in the North West of the United Kingdom, international recording artist Gemma Louise Doyle shines light upon a dreary period of time as she depicts the meaning behind her then newly released #1 Chart single, Reason from the 5th studio album, Empire.
Reason, which was co-written with her friend, former Iron Maiden band member, Tony Moore, Doyle humbly shares their friendship in delight and said, “Tony is a lovely guy, and I love rock music. It was a blessing writing with him. The song is based upon my story of music saved my life.
When I was critically ill in the hospital as a teenager, I started doing what I love and that is singing. I saw how my voice changed the atmosphere. I received messages from other patients telling me how I uplifted and helped make them feel better. Whenever I recovered, I came home and finally had the confidence to step on stage.
There, I witnessed people ‘come alive’ by my performances. That’s when I knew my purpose in life, and committed mine to achieve my dream of being an international music artist, and helping millions of people realize their strength and their purpose.”
This life threatening chapter of nuisance has led Gemma to overcome such dreadful odds towards international success. Life is not only fragile in its most precious way, but we must utilize each and every hour of our lives to fulfill purpose by using up our entire God-given gifts of unbridled talent. Doyle overcame the pain and did just that and much more with the public-spirited attitude of ‘everything for everyone and nothing for ourselves.’
“I believe that we all have a unique and significant purpose, said Gemma Louise Doyle, “To help each other and make people happier in this world. I discovered this while recovering from a critical illness, when I first saw how my singing can uplift, heal, and bring out the best of people. Since then, I’ve committed my life to give people joy, through music and entertainment.”
Upon having to survive five of her teenage years in-and-out of hospitals, battling and then triumphantly overcame a ‘critical illness,’ which doctors have said, “She would not make it through the night,” Doyle has had an ever-growing garden of passion to uplift, spread joy and to never again let her talents fall to waste. From this point moving forward, Gemma began taking her musical aspirations quite a bit more crucial and trained with affluent tutors from United Kingdom’s Royal Conservatoires, and has had classical lessons added on to her popular musical background.
Doyle Committed Her Life to Entertainment, She became a Professional Singer.
The discovery of her desire for music began at three years of age while listening to cassette tapes and running off on her own at a nearby shopping mall to ask a presenter if she could sing ‘You Are My Sunshine’ to hundreds of shoppers, where that would be her first notable appearance gracing the stage.
Whilst Gemma was a studious young girl whose only dream was to become a singer, she was also incredibly too shy to perform in front of audiences. In primary school, Gemma Louise Doyle remembers herself day dreaming, wishing she could find the courage to stand up and amaze friends and all who knew her. That is until the age of 17, where she really began performing frequently while growing through the pain she went through, winning talent contests and gaining attention of all spectators, local audiences and judges were amazed, and the music career of Gemma Louise Doyle came to fruition and her exciting diarist journey began.
Since then, Doyl, a crossover artist speaking six different languages with an angelic four-octave voice range has performed in 2,500 shows worldwide. Celebrities like Jimmy Osmond, Jonathan Antoine, Barbara Windsor, Ed Sheeran, and McFly, are all who Gemma Louise Doyle had the opportunity to beautifully trash the stage with in the same building.
While striving to fulfill her wish to make her presence felt on live television and global tours, Gemma’s currently surpassing musical icons such as Oasis, the Kooks, and the Arctic Monkeys on the iTunes Music Charts along with her newly released single, Reason, that hit the UK Music Charts as well. The released single was being played on multiple international radio stations, such as the United States, London, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Australia, and even being received into the open arms of Japan and all across the globe.
“It was quite surreal, said Doyle, “Seeing my name in the UK Music Charts on my computer screen on Friday morning. My very first single to be released on iTunes, made it into the charts, alongside the likes of Oasis, the Arctic Monkeys and a band who my music has inspiration from: Evanescence. No record label, no management, no professional promotion team helping me. I felt the countless hours, the commitment of every single minute of every day, never giving up became worthwhile. My message from this is to always follow your heart, keep going, and know that you are here with a very significant purpose to fulfill.”
